This Return Policy applies exclusively to all VibePlate products purchased through SoftRevive.com.
Because these products ship directly from VibePlate’s U.S. facility, returns and exchanges follow the manufacturer’s guidelines as outlined below.

Return Window

All VibePlate products are eligible for return within thirty (30) days of the delivery date.

To qualify:

• The item must be in new, unused condition

• All original packaging, materials, and accessories must be included

• The product must not show signs of wear, assembly, or modification

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return for your VibePlate order, please contact SoftRevive Support at:

Our team will coordinate directly with VibePlate’s return department and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and full instructions.

Once approved:

• Securely package your item (preferably in its original box)

• Ship it to the VibePlate facility as directed

⚠️ Returns for VibePlate items must have prior authorization.
Unauthorized or incomplete returns may not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs to and from the VibePlate facility unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival.

• We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping your shipment receipt for reference.

• If you choose to use a prepaid return label provided by SoftRevive, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds & Processing Time

• After your item is received and inspected by VibePlate, SoftRevive will process your refund, exchange, or store credit within 3–5 business days.

• Refunds typically take 1–2 billing cycles to appear on your statement depending on your bank or credit card provider.

• You’ll receive an email confirmation once your return is finalized.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your VibePlate product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

• Include photos of the product and packaging

• Our team will work directly with VibePlate to arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no additional cost to you

Exceptions & Important Notes

• Customers are responsible for freight charges to and from VibePlate unless otherwise approved for a warranty claim

• VibePlate reserves the right to deny returns or warranty coverage for products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or abnormal wear not consistent with standard use

• All warranty and return claims are subject to manufacturer approval

• This policy applies only to VibePlate-branded products purchased through SoftRevive.com

• Other brands on our site may have different return procedures

All VibePlate units purchased through SoftRevive carry the following warranty coverage:

1. Limited Lifetime Warranty (Home Use)

• From the delivery date, your VibePlate is covered by a limited lifetime warranty on structural components and frame under normal residential use.

• No registration is required — warranty coverage begins automatically upon delivery.

• This coverage ensures the product is free from defects in materials and workmanship in the frame and structure.

3. Exclusions & Conditions

This warranty does not cover damage caused by:

• Misuse, abuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications

• Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage

• Improper installation, handling, or use outside of intended operating parameters

Making a Warranty Claim

To begin a warranty claim:

1. Contact SoftRevive Support with your order details, product serial number (if applicable), and photos of the defect

2. We will coordinate with VibePlate to evaluate the claim

3. If approved, the defective part may be repaired or replaced per warranty terms
