SoftRevive Warranty Policy For Penguin Chillers Products

SoftRevive products include a 1-Year Limited Warranty within the continental United States and Canada.

• International Orders: At this time, warranty coverage does not extend outside the continental U.S. and Canada. Please contact SoftRevive support for details on service options.

Certain chillers may also be offered with an optional extended warranty for an additional charge. The warranty length is based on your purchase, with a minimum of 1 year included.

What’s Covered

SoftRevive warrants that your chiller will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. The warranty term begins on the original date of purchase.

We will, at our discretion, repair or replace a product covered under warranty.

What’s Not Covered

This limited warranty does not cover:

• Alteration, modification, or misuse of the product

• Improper installation, maintenance, or operation

• Damage caused by accident, abuse, neglect, or exposure to excess moisture

• Fire, lightning, power surges, or other natural events

• Damage from improper shipping or packing (claims must be filed with the carrier)

SoftRevive’s warranty liability extends only to the replacement or repair of the product. We are not liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages (such as lost profits or downtime). Some states do not allow exclusions of incidental damages, so these limitations may not apply in every case.

Customer Responsibilities

• Customers are responsible for shipping the chiller to SoftRevive (or its authorized partner facility) for repair, using proper packaging and insurance.

• All risk of loss or damage during shipment is the customer’s responsibility.

• SoftRevive covers return shipping within the continental 48 states (surcharges may apply outside this area).

• Costs related to removal, reinstallation, setup, or adjustments of user controls are not covered.

• Important Notes

  • This warranty is void if the serial number label is removed or defaced.

  • Coverage is valid only for products purchased directly from SoftRevive or an authorized reseller.

  • If you are unsure whether a reseller is authorized, please contact us before purchasing.
