At SoftRevive, we partner directly with trusted manufacturers to make returns simple, transparent, and consistent with each brand’s official policy.
Because every supplier operates differently, return windows, responsibilities, and restocking fees may vary depending on the product’s brand.
Below is a summary of how returns work across our partner brands.
Core Collab
Core Collab reformer orders can be returned within 21 days of delivery if you’re not fully satisfied.
Customers are responsible for return costs on large equipment, which serve as the restocking fee.
Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after the item is received and inspected at the Core Collab fulfillment center.
All Core Collab reformers include the manufacturer’s standard warranty.
Elina Pilates
Elina Pilates products may be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused, in original condition, and include all packaging, manuals, and accessories.
Buyers are responsible for return costs and assume the risk of damage or loss in transit.
Unauthorized returns are not accepted.
Refunds include the product price (excluding any upgraded services).
Items must be approved for return prior to shipment.
VibePlate
All VibePlate products are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery.
Products must be new, unused, and unassembled with all original packaging and materials.
Customers are responsible for return costs unless the item was defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival.
If you choose to use a prepaid label provided by SoftRevive, the cost will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days after inspection and may take 1–2 billing cycles to appear on your statement.
Dynamic Cold Therapy
Dynamic Cold Plunge products can be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided the return is pre-approved and includes a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Products must be new, unused, and in original packaging.
All cancellations and returns are subject to:

20% handling and restocking fee

Any additional storage or rerouting fees if applicable
 
Refunds are issued within 5 business days after inspection and approval.
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
Therabody
Therabody products may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
Returned products must be in “like new” condition, including all original packaging, accessories, and documentation.
Once the return is received, please allow 10–15 business days for inspection and processing.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 1–2 billing cycles.
Golden Designs
Golden Designs sauna orders can be returned within 30 days of delivery with a valid RMA number.
The buyer is responsible for all handling and restocking costs.
A 20% restocking fee applies to all eligible returns.
Refunds are issued within 5 business days after inspection and approval.
Returns without an RMA will be refused and shipped back at the buyer’s expense.
General Return Process

Include photos or videos if your product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with detailed instructions, including the correct return address, RMA (if required), and any applicable fees.

Once the product is received and inspected by the manufacturer, your refund will be processed and confirmed via email.
 
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately with photos.
SoftRevive and the brand partner will arrange a replacement or full refund—no restocking fees apply.
Refund Policy
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the item has been received, inspected, and approved by the brand.
Most refunds are processed within 3–10 business days, depending on the manufacturer and payment provider.
Please note:

Refunds are not issued for items showing wear, damage, or missing parts.
 - 
Products must be in “like new” condition with all original packaging and accessories.
 
Restocking Fees
If you decide you no longer want your product for personal reasons (e.g., change of mind, wrong size, or preference), your return cost will serve as the restocking fee—unless the brand specifies otherwise.
Some brands (such as Dynamic Cold Therapy and Golden Designs) charge a standard 20% restocking fee.
SoftRevive does not charge any additional or hidden fees.

Exchanges:
SoftRevive and its brand partners do not offer exchanges.
In the rare event a product arrives defective, we’ll coordinate directly with the manufacturer to repair or replace the affected component under the applicable warranty.
