SoftRevive Shipping Policy

Our Commitment to Fast, Reliable Delivery

At SoftRevive, we’re dedicated to ensuring every order arrives safely, quickly, and with the care your investment deserves.
We partner directly with our manufacturers — not third-party warehouses — to provide faster delivery, real-time tracking, and full product authenticity.

All orders include free standard shipping within the continental United States, unless otherwise noted on the product page.
Most orders are processed and delivered within 5–14 business days, depending on the brand, product type, and destination.


Core Collab

  • Dispatch Time: Orders typically ship within 2 weeks of purchase.

  • Delivery Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM.

  • White-Glove Delivery (Optional): Available for select premium reformers. This includes in-home delivery, unpacking, and professional setup.

All Core Collab equipment ships directly from the manufacturer’s facility for optimal care and speed.


Elina Pilates

  • Shipping Method: Ships via freight carrier directly from the Elina Pilates facility in Spain.

  • Transit Time: Approximately 7–14 business days once the order has shipped.

  • Scheduling: Freight carrier will coordinate delivery prior to arrival.

  • Notes: Deliveries may require curbside or dock access for large equipment.

  • Coverage: Free standard freight shipping across the continental U.S.


VibePlate

  • Processing Time: 1–2 business days.

  • Transit Time (Continental U.S.): 2–4 business days.

  • Extended Destinations: Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories may require an additional 2–3 weeks.

  • International Orders: Custom shipping quotes available upon request.

VibePlate orders ship directly from U.S. warehouses for fast and reliable delivery.


Dynamic Cold Therapy

  • Processing Time: Ships within 2 business days of order confirmation.

  • Freight Scheduling: Carrier will contact you 24–48 hours before delivery to schedule an appointment (four-hour window).

  • Delivery Method: Delivered on pallets or in crates via a 53-foot semi-truck.

    • Curbside Delivery Only: The driver unloads the product curbside or at the end of your driveway.

    • Indoor placement, unpacking, or assembly are not included.

  • Special Delivery Needs: Please notify SoftRevive of any access limitations (stairs, narrow driveways, remote areas) before shipment.


Therabody

  • Processing Time: Orders ship within 2–4 business days.

  • Estimated Delivery: 5–7 business days, depending on inventory and customer location.

  • Carrier: Typically shipped via FedEx Ground or equivalent.

Tracking information is provided via email once your order ships.


Golden Designs

  • Shipping Method: Ships via freight carrier with free curbside delivery and damage-protection insurance in the 48 contiguous U.S. states.

  • Scheduling: Carrier will contact you 24–48 hours before delivery to arrange a weekday appointment with a 4-hour window.

  • Delivery Details:

    • Freight shipments may arrive in multiple boxes strapped to a pallet.

    • Delivery is curbside or driveway only.

    • Carriers cannot move items inside the home.

  • Inspection: Inspect all boxes for visible damage before signing the delivery receipt and note any issues.

  • Assembly: Units arrive ready to assemble with all parts and instructions included.


Important Delivery Information (Applies to All Brands)

  • PO Boxes & APO/FPO: Freight and oversized shipments cannot be delivered to PO Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses. Please provide a valid physical address at checkout.

  • International Orders: SoftRevive primarily ships within the United States. Select products may qualify for international delivery — please contact support@softrevive.com for details and quotes.

  • Alaska, Hawaii & Territories: Orders shipping to these destinations may require longer transit times or carrier surcharges.

  • Inspection: Always inspect packaging upon delivery and note any visible damage before signing the carrier’s delivery receipt.

  • Order Tracking: Tracking details will be sent to your email as soon as your order ships.

  • Accessibility: Freight carriers require accessible driveways or entryways. Additional fees may apply for remote or limited-access locations.


Lost or Delayed Shipments

In the rare event of a lost, delayed, or misrouted shipment, SoftRevive will coordinate directly with the carrier to locate or replace your order.
Please notify support@softrevive.com if your tracking information shows no movement for more than five business days.
