    • If the item is out of stock or on backorder, we’ll void the pre-authorization and reach out to you with alternative options.


📦 Order Shipment

  • In-stock items usually ship within 3 business days of your order.

  • A shipping confirmation email (with tracking info) will be sent to you within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse.

  • If you haven’t received a shipping confirmation within 4 business days, please contact us at support@softrevive.com.

We do offer international shipping!

📸 Damages During Shipping

  • Please inspect your order upon delivery.

  • If you notice visible damage, note it on the delivery form or refuse delivery if necessary.

  • If you accept delivery and discover damage:

    • Take clear photos of the packaging and any damaged items immediately.
