  • Core Collab reformer orders are typically dispatched within 2 weeks of purchase.

  • Deliveries are scheduled during standard business hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM.

  • While we strive to deliver quickly, please note that global supply chain delays (ports, containers, logistics) may occasionally affect timelines. If delays occur, we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.

Shipping Coverage & Cost

  • Free Shipping is included on all Core Collab reformers purchased through SoftRevive.

  • We currently ship throughout the continental U.S.

White Glove Delivery & Installation

  • For select premium reformers, white glove delivery and installation may be available.

  • This service includes in-home delivery, unpacking, and professional setup.

Returns & Packaging

  • Please retain the original packaging for your reformer, as large items must be boxed if returned.

  • Smaller items (straps, ropes, mats) are eligible for free returns with a prepaid shipping label provided by our team.

How Returns Work

  3. If you wish to return:

    • Reformers & Large Equipment: Please disassemble or fold your reformer (if applicable) and place it back into the original packaging.

    • Accessories & Small Items: Ship back using the prepaid return label provided by SoftRevive.

Return Conditions

  • Products must be returned in good condition with no major damage.

  • Reasonable wear from trial use is acceptable.

  • Returned Core Collab products are assessed and responsibly handled by Core Collab — they may be refurbished, donated to charity partners, or recycled.

Refunds

  • Refunds include the full purchase price and original delivery charges.

  • Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after your return has been received and inspected at the Core Collab fulfillment center.
