Order Modifications & Cancellations
- Orders may be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided the order has not entered processing, production, or shipping
- After 12 hours, orders may already be in fulfillment and cannot be modified or cancelled
- Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled or changed
- Customers are responsible for reviewing order details carefully before submitting payment

Failed or Declined Payments
If your payment is declined:

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
If you have an issue with an order, billing amount, delivery, return, or refund, please contact SoftRevive LLC first at support@softrevive.com so we can review and attempt to resolve the matter. Chargebacks filed without first contacting us may delay resolution. Improper, false, or fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension, order cancellation, or recovery of applicable costs where permitted by law. This does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws or your payment provider’s dispute process.
Sales Tax
All prices are Tax-exclusive. Sales tax is calculated at checkout based where applicable. Where sales tax is not collected, customers may be responsible for applicable taxes under their state or local laws.
