Order Authorization & Verification

Order Modifications & Cancellations

  • Orders may be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided the order has not entered processing, production, or shipping
  • After 24 hours, orders may already be in fulfillment and cannot be modified or cancelled
  • Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled or changed
  • Customers are responsible for reviewing order details carefully before submitting payment

Failed or Declined Payments

If your payment is declined:

  • Verify that your billing details match your card issuer’s records
  • Ensure sufficient funds or available credit
  • Contact your bank or card provider if the issue persists

SoftRevive is not responsible for delays caused by declined or failed payments.

Taxes & Additional Charges

  • Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address
  • Shipping, freight, white-glove delivery, and installation fees (if applicable) are clearly displayed before payment confirmation
  • No hidden charges are added after checkout
