Return & refund policy

SoftRevive LLC (“company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) sells premium wellness, Pilates, sauna, and recovery equipment. Because many products are freight-shipped, manufacturer-fulfilled, custom-built, or made-to-order, return eligibility may vary by brand and product type.
Return window
Most eligible products may be returned within 30 days, provided the return is authorized in advance and the product meets the return conditions below. Some products have different return windows, fees, or non-returnable conditions, which are listed in the Brand & Product Return Exceptions section.
General Return Conditions
All returns require prior written authorization from SoftRevive LLC.
Returned products must be:
- Approved with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
- In original packaging, unless otherwise approved
- Complete with all manuals, accessories, parts, and documentation
- Free from damage beyond reasonable return condition
- Returned within the applicable brand return window
All returns are subject to inspection. Refunds may be reduced or denied if the product is damaged, incomplete, used beyond permitted conditions, missing packaging, or returned without authorization.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items may not be eligible for return:
- Custom-built or made-to-order products
- Products that have entered production where cancellation is no longer allowed
- Installed, assembled, or modified products
- Products missing original packaging, parts, manuals, or accessories
- Final-sale, personalized, special-configuration, or special-order items, refurbished devices
- Certain equipment items, accessories &, spare parts may be non-returnable unless covered by warranty
- Products returned without authorization
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all return-related costs, including:
- Return shipping
- Freight charges
- Handling fees
- Routing fees
- Any other related carrier or service costs
- Any loss or damage during return transit
If SoftRevive LLC or the manufacturer provides a prepaid return label, the cost of that label may be deducted from the final refund amount.
Any brand-specific return shipping benefits or exceptions will be clearly listed in the Brand & Product Return Exceptions section.
Restocking Fee
Most SoftRevive LLC products do not have a restocking fee.
A 20% restocking fee applies only to approved returns for the following brand products:
- Golden Designs, Maxxus Saunas, Dynamic Saunas
- Dynamic Cold Therapy
The restocking fee is calculated based on the product purchase price and may be deducted from the final refund after the returned item is received and inspected.
SoftRevive LLC does not currently provide installation services. Any third-party installation costs arranged by the customer are not refundable by SoftRevive LLC.
Brand & Product Return Exceptions
Therabody
- Standard return shipping may be covered where eligible.
Core Collab
- Core Collab products may be eligible for a 21-day trial period.
- Large equipment returns require customer-paid return shipping.
- Smaller items may qualify for a return label where applicable.
- Products should not have significant damage beyond reasonable trial use.
Vacuactivus / Cryonick
- Due to the made-to-order and customized nature of Vacuactivus / Cryonick equipment, returns and cancellations are not accepted once production has begun.
- Warranty and service requests are handled according to manufacturer terms.

- Order number
- Product name and brand
- Description of the issue
- Photos (if damaged or defective)
Return Instructions
If your return request is approved, SoftRevive LLC will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and detailed return instructions.
Preparing Your Return
To prepare your return:
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
- Include all original accessories, manuals, parts, and documentation.
- Include the return authorization form or RMA details inside the package.
- Ship the return using a trackable carrier, such as UPS or FedEx.
- Return the item within 7 days of RMA approval, unless otherwise instructed.
Returns sent without authorization or outside the approved return instructions may be refused or delayed.
Damage Claims (All Freight Orders)
- Inspect all shipments before signing the delivery receipt
- Note visible damage on the Bill of Lading (BOL)
- Report damage within 48 hours with photos of product and packaging
- Failure to report damage within the required timeframe may result in denial of claims
Order Cancellations
- Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase for a full refund.
- Once an order enters processing, production, or shipping, cancellation may no longer be possible.
- For custom-built, made-to-order, or production-based products, cancellations are not accepted once production has begun.
Refund Process
- Refund approval is based on product condition and compliance with return requirements.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection and approval.
- Refund processing times vary by brand and may take approximately 5–15 business days after inspection and approval.
- Refunds may be reduced by applicable restocking fees, return shipping costs, and any service-related charges.
Exchanges
SoftRevive LLC does not offer direct exchanges. To obtain a different item, please initiate an approved return (if eligible) and place a new order separately.
Legal Rights & Disputes
This Return & Refund Policy does not limit or exclude any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws. Any disputes regarding return eligibility, refund amounts, restocking fees, return shipping costs, or other return-related charges will be handled in accordance with our Terms of Service.
