SECTION 6 – PAYMENT & CHARGEBACK POLICY
Payments are processed securely through third-party providers, such as Shopify Payments, PayPal, or financing providers. SoftRevive LLC does not store full credit card details. Before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute, you agree to contact us at support@softrevive.com , so we can review and attempt to resolve the issue. Improper, false, or fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension, order cancellation, or recovery of applicable costs where permitted by law. This does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws or your payment provider’s dispute process.
SECTION 7 – SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Carriers disruptions
- Peak holiday periods
- Severe weather
- Supply-chain issues
- External factors beyond our control
If a shipment is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, we will notify you when required. Risk of loss transfers to you once the product is handed to the carrier. For more info, please refer to our shipping policy.
SECTION 8 – RETURNS & REFUNDS
All returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
We reserve the right to inspect returned products and determine refund eligibility based on product condition, return authorization, packaging, missing parts, and compliance with the applicable return requirements. Refunds may be reduced by applicable restocking fees, return shipping costs, freight costs, handling fees, or other service-related charges as described in our Return & Refund Policy.
This does not limit or exclude any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws. Any disputes regarding return eligibility, refund amounts, restocking fees, return shipping costs, or other return-related charges will be handled in accordance with Section 21 – Dispute Resolution.
SECTION 9 – MANUFACTURER WARRANTIES
Manufacturer warranties, where available, are provided by the respective brand or manufacturer according to their official warranty terms. SoftRevive LLC may assist customers with warranty guidance, documentation, or claim facilitation, but we do not provide direct warranty service unless expressly stated.
Warranty coverage, service approval, repairs, replacement parts, and final warranty decisions are handled by the applicable manufacturer. SECTION 10 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the Website including text, images, graphics, logos, videos, and design is owned by SoftRevive LLC or its licensors.

- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
- Use of products for purposes other than their intended use
- Health-related reliance on product information without professional advice
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
SECTION 20 – INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify SoftRevive LLC against claims arising from:

- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of laws or third-party rights
SECTION 21 – DISPUTE RESOLUTION
A. Resolving Concerns With SoftRevive First
If you have a concern related to your order, product, delivery, return, refund, warranty support, account, or use of our Services, we ask that you contact SoftRevive LLC first at support@softrevive.com. Most issues can be resolved through direct communication. Before either party begins arbitration or another formal legal process, both you and SoftRevive LLC agree to allow at least thirty (30) days for a good-faith resolution attempt, unless immediate legal action is necessary to prevent serious harm.
B. Arbitration for Unresolved Disputes
If a dispute cannot be resolved through the process above, the dispute will be handled through final and binding arbitration instead of a court proceeding, except where small claims court or temporary injunctive relief is allowed under this section. Arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under the Consumer Arbitration Rules in effect at the time the claim is filed. Unless both parties agree otherwise, arbitration will take place in Adams County, Colorado.
C. Option to Opt Out of Arbitration
SoftRevive LLC gives customers the option to opt out of arbitration.
To opt out, email support@softrevive.com within thirty (30) days of first accepting these Terms.
Your opt-out request must include:
- Your full name
- Your email address
- Your order number, if applicable
- A clear statement that you do not want to participate in arbitration
Choosing to opt out of arbitration does not affect the rest of these Terms or your ability to purchase from or use SoftRevive’s Services.
D. Individual Resolution Only
To the fullest extent allowed by law, disputes must be handled individually. You and SoftRevive LLC agree not to bring, join, or participate in any class action, class arbitration, representative action, consolidated claim, or similar group proceeding.
E. Small Claims Option
Either party may bring an individual dispute in small claims court if the claim qualifies and remains within that court’s limits.
F. Urgent Legal Protection
Either party may request temporary injunctive or equitable relief from a court when immediate action is needed to prevent serious or irreparable harm, including fraud, unauthorized account or system access, misuse of intellectual property, or security-related issues.
SECTION 22 – GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and any disputes arising out of or relating to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located in Colorado, where applicable.
SECTION 23 – SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions shall remain valid and enforceable.
SECTION 24 – ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and SoftRevive LLC regarding your use of the Services and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
SECTION 25 – ASSIGNMENT
You may not assign, transfer, or delegate any of your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer these Terms and our rights and obligations at any time without notice to you.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on this page, and the “Last Updated” date will be revised accordingly. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
