Shipping policy
At SoftRevive LLC ("company", "we," "our," or "us"), we believe every purchase deserves careful handling and reliable delivery coordination. When you shop with us, you’re not just ordering a product, you’re trusting us to deliver quality, safety, and reliability. That’s why we work directly with our certified manufacturers and authorized distributors, rather than generic third-party warehouses. This ensures:

- Accurate fulfillment and tracking
- Transparent delivery expectations from checkout to arrival

Order Cut-Off Time
Orders placed before 5:00 PM (Mon–Fri) (GMT-07:00, Mountain Standard Time – Denver) are processed the same business day. Orders placed after this time are processed the following business day.
Shipping Coverage
SoftRevive LLC ships within the United States only, including:
- Continental U.S.
- Alaska
- Hawaii
- U.S. Territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, etc.)
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses
- We do not currently offer international shipping outside U.S. regions.
Shipping Rates
- Standard shipping is free on all products within the U.S. unless a product page, checkout, or special delivery review clearly states otherwise.
- No handling or packaging fees
- Product prices do not include applicable sales tax unless stated otherwise.
- Any applicable sales tax is shown at checkout before payment confirmation where applicable. Where sales tax is not collected, customers may be responsible for applicable taxes under their state or local laws
- No import duties apply for U.S. domestic shipments
Processing & Shipping Time
In-stock products are generally processed within 3–7 business days.
After shipment, estimated delivery times are:
- Continental U.S.: 6–10 business days
- Alaska, Hawaii & U.S. Territories: 14–21 business days
All timelines are based on business days, Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Delivery times may vary depending on product type, destination, carrier scheduling, freight handling, inventory availability, and special delivery requirements.
If a product page provides a more specific shipping estimate or delivery condition, the product-page information will apply to that item.
Brand & Product Shipping Exceptions
Some products require special freight handling, appointment scheduling, or longer preparation times. Please review the notes below before ordering.
Vacuactivus / Cryonick
- Equipment is often made-to-order or production-based.
- Fixed shipping timelines are not available.
- Estimated delivery will be confirmed after order review based on model, configuration, production schedule, and freight coordination.
- Delivery may require special freight handling, site readiness, lift-gate, or forklift access depending on the product.
Dynamic Cold Therapy
- Ships by freight in crates or on pallets.
- Delivery is curbside or driveway only.
- Indoor placement, unpacking, and assembly are not included.
- Freight carrier will contact the customer to schedule delivery.
- Major visible damage should be refused at delivery.
Golden Designs, Maxxus Saunas & Dynamic Saunas
- Ships by freight on pallets.
- Smaller sauna models may arrive in one box; larger models may arrive in multiple boxes.
- Delivery is curbside or driveway only.
- Carrier will call to schedule delivery.
- Signature is required.
- Remote, island, or difficult-access locations may require additional review, extra fees, or cancellation if delivery cannot be completed.
- Customer must inspect boxes before signing and refuse major visible damage.
Core Collab
- Custom, limited-stock, or incoming-inventory products may require longer preparation.
- Custom orders may take up to 10 weeks.
Elina Pilates
- Heavy or bulky products ship by freight.
- Delivery is street-level / curbside only.
- Special delivery needs must be requested before shipment.
- Additional quotes may be required for stairs, no elevator, narrow streets, private roads, restricted-access areas, pedestrian-only streets, or locations where large trucks cannot safely access.
Therabody
- Ships by standard parcel delivery.
- Multi-item orders may ship separately.
VibePlate
- Ships by standard parcel delivery.
Delivery Time Estimates & Delays
Delivery times listed above are estimates and may vary depending on:
- Your exact location
- Order size and product type
- Inventory availability
- Carrier scheduling and routing
Shipping delays may occur due to severe weather, carrier disruptions, supply-chain issues, peak holiday periods. We’ll notify you if delays arise and appreciate your understanding.
Delivery Method
- Orders are shipped via FedEx Ground, UPS Freight, or equivalent carriers, depending on shipment size.
- Large or heavy items are shipped on pallets or in crates and typically transported by freight carriers using 53-foot semi-trucks.
- Curbside delivery applies to freight shipments unless white-glove service is explicitly purchased or confirmed. This means drivers deliver to the curb or driveway only. Unpacking, assembly, and indoor placement are not included.
- If your delivery location has access limitations (narrow streets, gated communities, steep driveways, or restricted truck access), you must notify SoftRevive LLC before shipment so special arrangements can be made when possible.
- Customers must inspect freight shipments at the time of delivery. Any visible damage must be noted on the delivery receipt before signing. Failure to document damage at delivery may limit our ability to file claims or provide replacements.
Delivery Scheduling (Freight & Oversized Items)
- For freight or oversized shipments, the carrier will contact you directly to schedule a delivery window.
- Please ensure the delivery location is accessible and ready at the scheduled time.
- Missed, refused, or rescheduled deliveries may result in additional carrier fees, which are the responsibility of the buyer.
Tracking Your Order
Once shipped, you’ll receive a shipment confirmation email containing a tracking link and a tracking number for real-time updates. Tracking link and the tracking number may take 24–48 hours to become active on the carrier’s website. You may check your order status via the tracking link and also in Track My Order page on our website.
Address Changes
If you need to modify your shipping address:
- Contact us within 12 hours of placing your order
- Changes cannot be guaranteed once processing or shipping begins
- Please double-check your address before completing checkout.
Order Cancellations
- Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase for a full refund
- Once processing, production or shipping begins, cancellations are no longer possible

Damaged, Lost, or Missing Packages
If an issue occurs:
- Damaged items: Inspect the shipment at delivery. Any visible freight damage must be noted on the delivery receipt or Bill of Lading before signing. Report damage within 48 hours with photos of the product and packaging.
- Lost packages: Report within 7 business days of “Delivered” status
Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, SoftRevive LLC is not liable for delays or carrier-related delivery issues. However, we will help investigate verified issues and coordinate an appropriate resolution when applicable.
