Delivery, Assembly, and Return

Dynamic Cold Plunge Delivery, Assembly, and Return Policy

Delivery and Scheduling

Your Dynamic Cold Plunge will ship from our warehouse within 2 business days of order confirmation. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Within 24–48 hours prior to delivery, the freight carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment. Deliveries typically occur within a four-hour window.

Please inform us in advance of any delivery challenges such as remote areas, narrow driveways, low-hanging trees, apartment access, or stairs so we can coordinate with the carrier before shipment.

Delivery Method

Your Dynamic Cold Plunge will arrive on pallets or in crates via a 53-foot semi-truck.
The delivery driver will unload your shipment curbside or at the end of your driveway only.
This service does not include indoor placement, unpacking, or assembly.

Inspection Upon Delivery

Please inspect your shipment immediately upon arrival:

Check for visible damage such as dents, punctures, or broken panels.
Note any minor scuffs or scratches on the delivery receipt before signing.
Do not open the crate or boxes unless instructed by SoftRevive.
If there is significant or visible damage (such as a large hole in the crate), refuse delivery and contact us right away.

Document any issues with photos whenever possible. This ensures we can promptly resolve any freight-related concerns.

Usage and Liability

SoftRevive and its affiliates are not liable for:

Improper assembly, installation, or misuse of products by the customer.
Any damage or injury resulting from incorrect or unsafe product use.

SoftRevive products are not medical devices. We do not provide medical advice or diagnosis.
Always consult your healthcare provider before beginning any recovery, cold exposure, or contrast therapy routine.

Cancellation and Return Policy

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.
All returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery and approved in advance by SoftRevive.

Refunds will be issued only after:

Returned goods are received at SoftRevive’s facility.
The goods have been inspected for damage or misuse.
The goods are deemed, at SoftRevive’s discretion, to be in new and undamaged condition.

Refunds are processed within 5 business days of inspection and approval.

Return Requirements

Returns must be pre-approved and include a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Products must be new, unused, and in their original packaging.
SoftRevive reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.

Shipping, Handling, and Restocking Fees

All cancellations and returns are subject to:

Storage fees or costs related to rerouting goods.
A 20% handling and restocking fee for all Cold Plunge products.
Shipping costs to and from SoftRevive’s warehouse.
A valid RMA number issued by SoftRevive prior to return.

Returns without an RMA will not be accepted and will be shipped back at the buyer’s expense.
All fees and costs determined by SoftRevive must be paid in full upon request.

At SoftRevive, we’re dedicated to delivering premium recovery and wellness equipment built for performance, durability, and peace of mind. Each SoftRevive Cold Plunge Tub purchased directly from SoftRevive or through an authorized distributor is backed by our Limited Warranty, ensuring your investment remains protected against defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use.

If a defect is confirmed during the warranty period, SoftRevive (or the original manufacturer) will, at its discretion, repair or replace the affected part.

Warranty Coverage

Polycarbonate Insert — 1-Year Limited Warranty
SoftRevive will repair or replace the polycarbonate insert if it fails due to a defect in materials or workmanship within one (1) year of the original purchase date.

Wooden Shell & Trim — 1-Year Limited Warranty
SoftRevive will repair or replace the wooden shell or trim if it fails due to a defect in materials or workmanship within one (1) year of the original purchase date.

All Other Components — 1-Year Limited Warranty
SoftRevive will repair or replace any other component that fails due to a defect in materials or workmanship within one (1) year of the original purchase date.

General Exclusions

This warranty does not cover damage or defects resulting from the following:

Normal wear and tear, scratches, or changes to the finish
Fading or discoloration from UV exposure
Freezing temperatures or improper storage
Neglect, misuse, or incorrect assembly or operation
Corrosion, staining, or scale buildup due to poor water maintenance
Freight, customs, or clearance charges related to shipping or returns
Damage or loss during transportation
Any labor costs associated with diagnosing, servicing, or removing parts

Warranty Conditions

To qualify for coverage, the following conditions must be met:

A valid proof of purchase must be registered with SoftRevive or its authorized distributor.
SoftRevive reserves the right to inspect and verify any part claimed under warranty.
Coverage applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
Products must be returned in original packaging; all transportation, insurance, and related costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Risk of loss or damage during return shipping remains with the customer.

This warranty represents the exclusive terms of coverage. SoftRevive expressly disclaims all other warranties, whether express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
SoftRevive is not liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from product use or service.

SoftRevive reserves the right to update or revise this warranty at any time without prior notice.
