Therabody Return Policy

At SoftRevive, we want you to shop with confidence. If you need to return a Therabody product for any reason, we’re here to make the process simple and transparent.

Standard Free Returns

You may return any Therabody item purchased from SoftRevive within 30 days of the date you received it.
Therabody will cover the cost of standard return shipping.

Returned products must be in “like new” condition, including all original packaging, accessories, and documentation.
Returns that are not in accordance with these terms or are received after the 30-day window may be denied.

Please note:

• Therabody does not currently offer exchanges by mail.

• Personalized items, refurbished devices, and products marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for return.

• Some products may not qualify for free returns; any exceptions will be clearly noted on the product page.

• Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

• Returns that are damaged, missing parts, or show signs of wear may receive a partial refund or be denied entirely, depending on the condition.

• In-store purchases at Therabody-operated retail or Reset locations must be returned in person, not online.

• Products that are defective or damaged may be returned under Therabody’s Limited Warranty.

• Therabody reserves the right to reject returns or future orders in cases of excessive or abusive return activity.

How to Start a Return

To initiate your return, please contact SoftRevive Support with your:

• Order number

• Item(s) you wish to return

• Reason for the return

Once your request is authorized, our Customer Service Team will provide you with:

• A Return Shipping Label

• A Return Authorization Document

• Step-by-step return instructions

Return Shipping Instructions

1. Repackage your item(s) securely in the original box, including all accessories and packaging.

2. Place the Return Authorization Document inside the package.

3. Ship your return using the provided shipping label within 14 days of receiving it. (If not shipped within 14 days or within the 30-day return window, your label will expire.)

4. Keep your tracking information, as SoftRevive and Therabody are not responsible for packages lost by the carrier.

Processing & Refunds

• Returns must be received by Therabody within 30 days of your original delivery date.

• Once delivered, please allow 10–15 business days for inspection and processing.

• You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been approved and processed.

• Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method, excluding shipping and handling charges (unless otherwise required by law).

• Refund timing may vary by payment provider and can take 1–2 billing cycles to appear in your account.

Additional Notes

Therabody and SoftRevive reserve the right to validate and approve all returns.
Any potential fraud, abuse, or repeated excessive returns may result in rejection of current or future transactions.
Policies may be updated or amended at any time without prior notice.

Therabody Limited Warranty (via SoftRevive)

SoftRevive is proud to partner with Therabody to bring you premium recovery equipment, including percussive therapy devices, loungers, compression boots, and more. All Therabody products purchased through SoftRevive are backed by Therabody’s official Limited Warranty.

Because Therabody controls the manufacturing and servicing of its products, this Warranty is issued by Therabody, Inc. and applies only to products purchased from SoftRevive or other authorized Therabody sellers in the United States. Products purchased from unauthorized resellers (including unauthorized internet sites) are not covered.

Warranty Period (Therabody Products)

Therabody warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship when used normally in accordance with its published guidelines. Coverage begins on the date of delivery to the original end-user purchaser.

Limited Warranty Coverage:

• Devices: 1-Year Limited Warranty

• Attachments & Accessories: 90-Day Limited Warranty*

*Accessories include charging cables, adapters, carrying cases, charging stands, and removable components.

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

• Products purchased from unauthorized resellers or distributors.

• Damage from misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, or alterations.

• Cosmetic issues (scratches, dents, broken plastic) not caused by a defect.

• Normal wear and tear, including expected aging of the product.

• Consumables such as batteries or coatings, unless defective in material or workmanship.

• Unauthorized modifications or repairs.

• Products marked “Final Sale” or sold “AS IS.”

• Products with removed or defaced serial numbers.

• Non-Therabody branded products.

Warranty Claims & Remedies

If your Therabody product is found to be defective during the Warranty Period:

• Therabody will repair or replace the defective item with the same model, or with a comparable model if discontinued.

• Replacement items may include new and/or reconditioned parts tested to Therabody’s quality standards.

• Cosmetic design and color may differ from the original.

• Coverage continues from the original delivery date, not from the replacement date.

How to Obtain Warranty Service

1. Contact SoftRevive Customer Support at support@softrevive.com with proof of purchase and a description of the issue.

2. Our team will assist and connect you with Therabody’s Warranty Service team.

3. If approved, Therabody will issue a Return Authorization Form and instructions.

4. Products must be shipped in original or equivalent protective packaging. Unless otherwise instructed, customers are responsible for prepaid shipping.

Important Notes

• Warranty coverage is provided by Therabody, Inc.. SoftRevive acts as an authorized partner and will assist you in initiating the process.

• Products purchased second-hand or from unauthorized sellers are not eligible.

• To the extent permitted by law, Therabody limits implied warranties (merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose) to the Warranty Period. Some states do not allow this limitation, so your rights may vary.
