Therabody Limited Warranty (via SoftRevive)

SoftRevive is proud to partner with Therabody to bring you premium recovery equipment, including percussive therapy devices, loungers, compression boots, and more. All Therabody products purchased through SoftRevive are backed by Therabody’s official Limited Warranty.

Because Therabody controls the manufacturing and servicing of its products, this Warranty is issued by Therabody, Inc. and applies only to products purchased from SoftRevive or other authorized Therabody sellers in the United States. Products purchased from unauthorized resellers (including unauthorized internet sites) are not covered.

Warranty Period (Therabody Products)

Therabody warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship when used normally in accordance with its published guidelines. Coverage begins on the date of delivery to the original end-user purchaser.

Limited Warranty Coverage:

• Devices: 1-Year Limited Warranty

• Attachments & Accessories: 90-Day Limited Warranty*

*Accessories include charging cables, adapters, carrying cases, charging stands, and removable components.

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

• Products purchased from unauthorized resellers or distributors.

• Damage from misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, or alterations.

• Cosmetic issues (scratches, dents, broken plastic) not caused by a defect.

• Normal wear and tear, including expected aging of the product.

• Consumables such as batteries or coatings, unless defective in material or workmanship.

• Unauthorized modifications or repairs.

• Products marked “Final Sale” or sold “AS IS.”

• Products with removed or defaced serial numbers.

• Non-Therabody branded products.

Warranty Claims & Remedies

If your Therabody product is found to be defective during the Warranty Period:

• Therabody will repair or replace the defective item with the same model, or with a comparable model if discontinued.

• Replacement items may include new and/or reconditioned parts tested to Therabody’s quality standards.

• Cosmetic design and color may differ from the original.

• Coverage continues from the original delivery date, not from the replacement date.

How to Obtain Warranty Service

1. Contact SoftRevive Customer Support at support@softrevive.com with proof of purchase and a description of the issue.

2. Our team will assist and connect you with Therabody’s Warranty Service team.

3. If approved, Therabody will issue a Return Authorization Form and instructions.

4. Products must be shipped in original or equivalent protective packaging. Unless otherwise instructed, customers are responsible for prepaid shipping.

Important Notes

• Warranty coverage is provided by Therabody, Inc.. SoftRevive acts as an authorized partner and will assist you in initiating the process.

• Products purchased second-hand or from unauthorized sellers are not eligible.

• To the extent permitted by law, Therabody limits implied warranties (merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose) to the Warranty Period. Some states do not allow this limitation, so your rights may vary.
