To ensure the proper functioning of the wheel bearings, the adjustable spring bars, and the guides on which the carriage slides, periodic cleaning and lubrication are recommended.

Springs

To maintain the tension and safety of the springs, it is recommended to replace them approximately every two years, although this will depend on the intensity of use.

SoftRevive Warranty & Returns – Elina Pilates Equipment

Warranty Coverage

Elina Pilates equipment sold through SoftRevive is backed by a limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

This warranty applies when:

  • The equipment remains with the original purchaser and proof of purchase is provided.

  • The warranty claim falls within the covered part’s warranty period.

  • Required maintenance and part replacements (such as springs) are completed as recommended.

Warranty Limitations

This warranty will be void if:

  • Safety, usage, and maintenance instructions in the manuals are not followed.

  • Equipment is used outside its intended purpose or stored/operated in environments without proper temperature/humidity control.

  • Home-use reformers or other non-commercial models are used in commercial facilities (e.g., Pilates studios, gyms, spas, or health clubs).

  • Equipment is damaged due to accident, misuse, abuse, improper maintenance, or unauthorized modifications.

  • Springs on spring-based equipment (Reformers, Chairs, Towers, etc.) are not replaced every two (2) years.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Cosmetic damage such as scratches, finish, or paint wear

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Shipping costs or installation/removal expenses

  • Upholstery damage beyond the 90-day fabric warranty

Upholstery & Fabric Warranty

  • Upholstery is warrantied for 90 days from delivery.

  • Not covered: cuts, burns, stains, pet damage, or chemical/abrasive cleaning damage.

  • If original fabric is unavailable, Elina Pilates/SoftRevive will provide a comparable alternative.

Warranty Service

If your equipment requires warranty service:

  • SoftRevive will work with Elina Pilates to repair or replace parts at its discretion.

  • Replacement parts or repaired items are covered for the remainder of the original warranty term.

  • Buyer must keep contact information updated to receive safety recall notices.

Return Policy

  • Returns accepted within 14 days of receipt (for Elina Pilates equipment purchased directly from SoftRevive).

  • Product must be in original condition, unused, with packaging, manuals, and accessories intact.

  • Proof of purchase required.

  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and assumes risk for any damage or loss during transit.

  • Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Non-Refundable Items

Unless covered by warranty, the following cannot be returned:
