SoftRevive LLC is an authorized dealer and reseller for the brands featured on our store (softrevive.com), and warranty services are fulfilled by the respective manufacturers.

Important Warranty Conditions

  • Valid only for the original purchaser
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • Warranty periods begin from delivery or invoice date (depending on brand)
  • Repaired/replaced parts are covered for the remaining warranty period only
  • Warranty may be void due to misuse, improper installation, or unauthorized service

  • 10 Years: Commercial frames
  • 5 Years: Selected reformer frames
  • 3 Years: Domo reformer frame
  • 2 Years: Other parts
  • 90 Days: Upholstery

  • Proper maintenance required (e.g., spring replacement)
  • Home-use products void warranty if used commercially

  • Parts-only warranty (labor not included)

  • Misuse, environmental exposure, commercial use, natural wood changes

Warranty Claims Process

To submit a claim:

  2. Provide:
    • Order number
    • Product & brand
    • Description of issue
    • Photos/videos
  3. We coordinate with the manufacturer
  4. Approved claims are resolved via repair or replacement

General Warranty Limitations

Warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Cosmetic damage
  • Improper installation or setup
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications
  • Environmental damage (humidity, outdoor use, etc.)
  • Commercial use (unless explicitly allowed)

Limitation of Liability

Manufacturers are not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Loss of use, revenue, or business interruption
  • Improper use or installation
