 Please review the following policy carefully before placing or returning an order.
1. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
 - 
Cancellations made after 24 hours may be subject to fees as outlined below.
 - 
Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and must be processed as a return.
 
2. Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:

A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be issued by SoftRevive before sending your product back.
 - 
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
 - 
All items must be returned in their original packaging and condition.
 - 
The buyer assumes responsibility for shipping, handling, restocking, and any related costs.
 - 
Returns without an RMA will be refused and returned at the buyer’s expense.
 
3. Inspection & Refund Process
Refunds are processed once:

The returned goods are received by SoftRevive.

The items are inspected for damage or misuse.
 - 
The return is approved at SoftRevive’s discretion.
 
Approved refunds are typically issued within 5 business days after inspection and credited to the original payment method.
SoftRevive reserves the right to:

Refuse refunds for items not in their original condition or packaging.

Withhold or cancel payment if return conditions are not met.
 
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
4. Shipping, Handling & Restocking Fees
All cancelled or returned orders are subject to the following:

20% restocking fee (based on total purchase price)

All shipping costs to and from the warehouse

Storage or rerouting fees, if applicable

A valid RMA number before any return is accepted

5. Free Delivery & Damage Protection
Every SoftRevive sauna purchase includes free curbside delivery and damage protection insurance within the 48 contiguous United States.
Delivery Process

Orders ship via trusted freight carriers.

The carrier will contact you 24–48 hours before delivery to schedule a date and time (Monday–Friday) with a 4-hour window.
 
⚠️ The carrier will not deliver without first confirming your appointment.
Delivery Details
- 
Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to weather, transit, or carrier scheduling.
 - 
Freight shipments may arrive in one or more boxes, strapped securely to a pallet.
 - 
Deliveries are made with a 53-foot semi-truck and include curbside or driveway unloading only.
 - 
For special delivery conditions (remote area, long driveway, apartment, stairs, etc.), please contact SoftRevive before shipment for coordination.
 
6. Upon Delivery
- 
Inspect all boxes immediately before signing the delivery receipt.
 - 
Note any visible dents, scratches, or damage on the receipt.
 - 
You do not need to open the boxes at this stage—external inspection is sufficient.
 - 
Carriers may deliver to a carport or first-floor entryway depending on accessibility.
 - 
Ensure box dimensions fit through your doorway before delivery day.
 
7. Assembly & Setup
Your sauna arrives ready to assemble, with all required parts and instructions included.
 Typical assembly time: 30–45 minutes, depending on the model.
8. Additional Notes
- 
Refunds are only issued to the original payment method.
 - 
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
 - 
Any damage or missing parts not reported at delivery may void your return eligibility.

SoftRevive Sauna Warranty
5-Year Limited Warranty
SoftRevive is committed to providing only the highest-quality wellness and recovery equipment. Your sauna is protected by a 5-Year Limited Warranty covering the wood, structure, heating elements, and electronic components against defects in materials and workmanship, starting from the original date of purchase.
This sauna is designed for indoor use only. Installing or operating your sauna outdoors will void this warranty. Damage caused by weather exposure (rain, snow, sun, wind, or extreme temperatures) is not covered. Any modifications to the sauna or its electrical system also void this warranty.
Extent of Coverage
This limited warranty applies to all sauna products manufactured or distributed through Golden Designs, Inc. under the Dynamic brand and sold by SoftRevive within the continental U.S. and Canada.
Coverage applies to the original purchaser at the original installation site only. The warranty becomes effective at the time of purchase and ends when the time period expires, the ownership is transferred, or the sauna is relocated.
Please retain your original sales receipt as proof of purchase—this document is required for any warranty claim. The warranty is non-transferable.
Manufacturer Warranty Details
Golden Designs, Inc. products are built with premium components and inspected for quality assurance. Appliance components such as stereos or digital control panels are warranted by their original manufacturers.
Any parts replaced or exchanged under warranty become the property of Golden Designs, Inc. The company reserves the right to substitute equivalent parts or components if needed.
If a component is determined to be defective, it must be returned to Golden Designs, Inc. for inspection. Customers are responsible for shipping costs, customs duties, or insurance associated with sending or receiving parts. Proof of purchase must accompany all warranty claims.
Products with altered or removed serial numbers, or falsified purchase documentation, are not eligible for warranty coverage. This warranty covers parts only—labor is not included.
Warranty Limitations
This warranty is void if the sauna has been subjected to misuse, negligence, modification, improper installation, unauthorized repairs, or other conditions beyond the control of Golden Designs, Inc. or SoftRevive.
Examples of conditions that invalidate this warranty include but are not limited to:

Applying paint, lacquer, or other finishes to the wood
 - 
Installing on non-approved surfaces
 - 
Outdoor installation or use
 - 
Normal wear, weathering, or cosmetic changes over time
 - 
Failure to follow the operating and maintenance instructions
 - 
Damage from electrical issues such as worn receptacles
 
Surface cracks and minor wood variations are not considered defects, as these are natural characteristics of kiln-dried wood that expand and contract with heat and humidity changes.
Warranty Duration by Use

Residential Use: 5-Year limited warranty on heating elements and electronics; 1-Year limited warranty on the wood structure
