  • While we strive to deliver quickly, please note that global supply chain delays (ports, containers, logistics) may occasionally affect timelines. If delays occur, we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.

Shipping Coverage & Cost

White Glove Delivery & Installation

  • Smaller items (straps, ropes, mats) are eligible for free returns with a prepaid shipping label provided by our team.

How Returns Work

  3. If you wish to return:

    • Reformers & Large Equipment: Please disassemble or fold your reformer (if applicable) and place it back into the original packaging.

Return Conditions

  • Products must be returned in good condition with no major damage.

  • Reasonable wear from trial use is acceptable.

  • Returned Core Collab products are assessed and responsibly handled by Core Collab — they may be refurbished, donated to charity partners, or recycled.

Refunds

  • Refunds include the full purchase price and original delivery charges.
