Within 24–48 hours prior to delivery, the freight carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment. Deliveries typically occur within a four-hour window.

Please inform us in advance of any delivery challenges such as remote areas, narrow driveways, low-hanging trees, apartment access, or stairs so we can coordinate with the carrier before shipment.


Delivery Method

  • Your Dynamic Cold Plunge will arrive on pallets or in crates via a 53-foot semi-truck.

  • The delivery driver will unload your shipment curbside or at the end of your driveway only.

  • This service does not include indoor placement, unpacking, or assembly.


Inspection Upon Delivery

Please inspect your shipment immediately upon arrival:

  1. Check for visible damage such as dents, punctures, or broken panels.

  2. Note any minor scuffs or scratches on the delivery receipt before signing.
